For the first rumor for the iPhone 7, we have a hardware rumor. Yes, we already have a rumor for the iPhone 7. The iPhone 7, which would be the next iPhone's supposed name, will have 3 GB of RAM according to the rumor from Ming-Chi Kuo. To put that into perspective, the iPhone 6s and iPad Air 2 have 2 GB of RAM. The iPhone 6 had 1 GB of RAM. The iPad Pro will have 4 GB of RAM. Definitely a nice bump in memory.
