Ahead of its release (and pre-order), the Apple Watch now has a tutorial video. It, along with other videos, is available in an all new "Guided Tours" section of the Apple Watch site. They're essential videos, even to veteran iOS users, as the Apple Watch has new elements. The "Digital Crown" on the side is used a lot. A "Force Touch" is used to bring up other options not on the screen. The button on the side may look like a lock button, but it isn't. It quickly brings up your contacts. Raising your wrist is what wakes up Apple Watch, not a button.
