In a previous post, I noted how developers could upload photos to their photo streams. Two weeks later, that same feature is available to the public. Like the beta version, you can only upload JPG files. Hopefully, this feature will be updated to support more file types. But for now, we at least have the ability. It's not like people use the feature much (That wasn't sarcasm.)
