In honor of the Pokémon World Championships, an image was released by Polygon that shows the Pokémon Trading Card Game is coming to iPad. This may be partially Nintendo's initiative to bring games to app form. The Pokémon Company has also released a Pokédex for iOS app [Direct Link], but it's not the same scale as this game would be. Also, the Pokédex app is not maintained and needs an update. Hopefully, this version should have an updated interface.
